Returns Policy

We like to make sure that all our customers are happy with both the products and the services they receive.

If for any reason you are not, then please send us an email at info@sweetpeawoodencreations.co.uk so we can resolve the problem.

We are happy to exchange or refund any item returned in a saleable condition, in its original packaging within 30 days.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.

 

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@sweetpeawoodencreations.co.uk and send your item to Sweet Pea Wooden Creations, 6 Grant Close, Wickford, Essex, SS12 9NF, UK.

 

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, with the exception of damaged or faulty goods. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

 

Your rights under distance selling laws

If you buy goods under a distance contract you have the right to cancel your contract within a period of 14 days, beginning with the day after the day on which you receive the goods.

Goods must be returned to us in good condition.  We cannot accept bespoke / personalised items designed specifically for you.

A refund will be given once the goods are received intact and will include the delivery charges but we will not refund delivery on partial returns. 

In all instances where you wish to cancel your order within the 14 day period please contact us initially to discuss and we will do our utmost to assist.
