Dispatch Times

Dispatch times will vary depending on the item.  Details can be found in the product information of each item by clicking on the 'Dispatch Time' tab. 

If ordering multiple items your complete order will be dispatched according to the maximum delivery time quoted on the product description.
For example: one item may have a dispatch time of 3-4 days and another 1-2 weeks. Your order will be dispatched based on the 1-2 week timescale.

If you require your item for a specified day for example for a special birthday, please contact us by email prior to placing your order so that we can confirm if this will be possible.

Delivery Costs

The majority of our products are dispatched via the Royal Mail.  In some instances it may be necessary for us to use an alternative courier.

 

Delivery charges will be applied at checkout.
